Handmade Cycling Shorts From Upholstery
Commercial cycling shorts are expensive and boring. Or they are expensive and have names and logos on them.

I strongly feel that my clothing need not to have logos or names on them. After all, they are of my own expression.

Using the colors and textures available on high end upholstery and drapery fabrics gives me the privilege or creating my own persona as far as my cycling clothing and not just using someone else's persona.

Fabrics here are found on commercial upholstery such as airport lounge chairs and sofas and on furniture used in restaurants and office buildings. It is very sturdy, yet offers a rich array of textures and colors.

The patterns you see are tapestry, not print. This photo does not do justice, but there is a three dimentional effect from the tapestry pattern on these shorts.

These shorts have far outlasted commerical spendix bicycling shorts.
