Peace In The Middle East Sculpture On Clear Plastic Belt
Nothing much more can be said on this piece. Made at a time when there was heightened conflict between Israel and the Gaza Strip, it was (and still is) a very appropriate message that needs to be presented.

The pieces are of 3/16th inch stainless steel rod that is tig welded to the bicycle sprockets.

The clear plastic belt was constructed of remnents from an old clear plastic slipcover that I got for free at Goodwill. It symbolizes transparency and having nothing to hide.

I was warned by my manager at work to not wear this belt during an business trip to Israel.
